MEMBERSHIP

The Anchor Bar, The Milk Bar, and Dogwood Bar & Eatery are private clubs and require memberships of all guests per the state of North Carolina. All members must be 21 years of age or older. The membership fee is assessed annually and the price will be published at the time of renewal. Annual membership dues will be collected on January 15th. A maximum of 5 guests are allowed per active member and each guest must sign a guest registry. Possession of weapons or illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Neither the business nor its staff accept any responsibility for members or their guests while they are on-premises or en route to or from the establishment and its hospitality, not to abuse them. These businesses do not discriminate based on gender, race, color, creed, religion, national origin, disability, or sexual orientation. Any abuse of rules set by the business will be subject to revocation of membership.

RULES & REGULATIONS

 

Memberships are for use by the name bearer only to gain access to Anchor/Milk/Dogwood.
 

Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferrable.


Members are allowed to sponsor up to 5 guests provided they arrive and depart together.

 

Guests will likewise adhere to all rules and regulations of the business. Members are fully responsible for the conduct of their guests.


Members will agree that all alcohol consumption will be inside of the facility and will be only products offered by Anchor/Milk/Dogwood.


Members agree that any legal cost incurred by Anchor/Milk/Dogwood on behalf of members/guests will be the sole obligation of the member.


Memberships will be revoked in the event of the following:
-Misuse of membership for its intent.
-Refusal to cooperate with instructions of management

or adhere to the rules and regulations of Anchor/Milk/Dogwood.
-Use of an illegal substance or participation in any illegal activities.

-Failure to adhere to all laws of the North Carolina Alcohol Beverage Control Commission.
-The disturbance caused or created by members and their guests.
Willful abuse of Anchor/Milk/Dogwood facility, staff, or customers.
-Any other acts deemed inappropriate by management

that may be detrimental to Anchor/Milk/Dogwood,

its employees, or other members/guests.

 

In the event that a membership is suspended or revoked,

any and all membership fees are non-refundable.

 

Members and their guests are required to provide a valid government issued ID

(Driver's License, North Carolina Identification Card, Passport or Military ID)

for entry into Anchor/Milk/Dogwood and are required to be in possession

of his/her ID at all times while patronizing Anchor/Milk/Dogwood.

All staff reserve the right to request any member or guest for his/her ID at any time,

for any reason. Failure to provide a valid government ID will result in immediate expulsion from the premises.
